KCAPTA Marketing Plan online survey. The new online ridership survey for the Kings Area Rural Transit (KART) system is now available for riders and non-riders to provide feedback on the transit system.  The information will provide our consultant with rider demographics and usage characteristics, transit awareness and experience with the services, and other vital information that will be used to complete the marketing assessment for the Kings County Area Public Transit Agency’s (KCAPTA) Marketing Plan.  Please follow the link: click here.
